Growing up in a small border town, I was able to see the huge differences and inequities of how infrastructure plays an important role in peoples lives. It affects their health, their livelihood's and most importantly their happiness.
Fortunately for me I have worked in the construction industry with my family for more than half of my life. I have been able to give back to my community by striving for higher education in order to continue shaping the future of tomorrow by building more sustainably.
I believe in creating a future where structures encompass natural elements that save energy, the environment and inspires humanity.
Sustainability is based on 3 pillars; Environmental, Social and Economic. The balance of these three elements determines the stability of the present as well as the future.
Sustainable Development "meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs." (United Nations. 1987.)
I wrote a final paper on this astonishing building. Its the largest and greenest LEED certified building in Arizona!

Sustainable Homes can be built from recycled materials that help mitigate global waste.
Design that allows for Natural Food production and water recycling all year round.
Your gray water (sinks, shower, etc) will be recycled 4 times through natural botanical cells to water exterior plants organically.
My focus with SBE includes sustainable building systems that create healthy cost effective communities that mitigate global climate change and provide opportunities for growth. Like solar passive design, rainwater harvesting & regenerative permaculture.
